Learning Dutch is even more fun when you do it together. Our online family lessons give parents and children the opportunity to learn, practice, and build confidence in Dutch together. With personalized lessons designed around your family, learning Dutch becomes something you can enjoy both during class and at home.
Every family has a different connection to the Dutch language. Perhaps one parent speaks Dutch and would like the children or their partner to learn the language. Maybe your children understand Dutch but need more confidence speaking it, or your family would like to maintain Dutch while living abroad. Family lessons can also be a great option if you are preparing for a move to the Netherlands or Belgium.
Unlike a regular group class, family lessons are private and designed specifically for your family. Up to three family members can participate together, and lessons are adapted to your ages, Dutch language levels, interests, and goals. This gives your teacher the flexibility to focus on what is most useful for your family — from everyday conversation and vocabulary to reading, grammar, pronunciation, and Dutch culture.
